• This Victorian skirt can be worn in two ways. One: the overskirt can simply lay draped over the underskirt down to the floor. Two: the overskirt can be cinched up to give a gathered appearance. To achieve this look, take the fabric eyelet loops located on either side of the overskirt. Lift the eyelet loops upward towards the button facets sewn onto either hip of the overskirt and loop the eyelet loops securely around the button facets. This will give you the gathered skirt that you see in the photos.
